Please visit our school in person and obtain the “Admission Application Form” by fax/email or on this website. After completing the application form, return it to our school in person or by mail together with the following supporting documents:
- A copy of the child’s birth certificate, a photo and five return envelopes. (Please write the child’s name and address on the cover of the return envelope and affix a $2 stamp on each envelope)
- Registration fee: HK$40
- Pay at school: Please pay the fee of 40 yuan in cash when you submit the form in person at the school.
- Submission by mail: Payment can be made by check, payable to “EVI Services Limited” (please indicate the student’s name and level on the back), and return it to the school together with supporting documents. (Please affix $6 stamp to post)
Regarding the arrangements for admission application for freshmen and transfer students in 2020-2021, parents can submit the application documents in person to our center during office hours from now on, or by mail to 11 Cheung Street, Kok Kok, Tai Kok. Please mark “Enrollment” on the envelope Application”, the center will contact parents about interview arrangements after receiving the application documents.
Our center does not participate in the kindergarten education program.
